As played by Madeline Zima
At age 22, Madeline Zima is a seasoned and diverse young actress, continuously working over the last decade in critically acclaimed projects such as the feature film The Hand that Rocks the Cradle and the CBS mini-series Lucy, in which she portrayed Lucille Ball as a teenager. She is likely best known for her role in the long-running hit sitcom The Nanny, opposite Fran Drescher, for six seasons. Zima has several films wrapped awaiting release, including the feature Driving Lessons, with Dermot Mulroney and Selma Blair, as well as the upcoming thrillers Trance, The Midnight Man and Dimples. The dark-comedy Legacy, in which she stars with Haylie Duff, comes to DVD this summer. Other notable credits include her starring role opposite Hilary Duff in the film Cinderella Story, along with guest roles on some of television’s hottest shows such as Grey’s Anatomy and Ghost Whisperer. For Peter Ocko’s pilot 3LBS, Zima’s performance as a violinist with a brain tumor was touted by Entertainment Weekly as the sole reason to watch the show.
